We have been in business since 1989 installing security and manufacturing frame/lok since 1997. When you place your order with us you are buying your Frame/Lok under good faith.

Dealers Policies
All orders can be emailed to us at info@framelok.com. We will be happy to provide information, sample packs at no charges to prospective dealers. Our job is to help you make your business run smoothly and to do whatever is possible to help you grow as well profitably.
Opening Your Account
There are two ways to purchase Frame/Lok from us.
COD - Cash (Cash, Certify check)
International Wire Transfer
Shipping Options
Freight Policy
We have the use of many different shipping companies at our disposal.
All shipments are bar-coded and can be quickly tracked when necessary.
Freight Terms
All shipments are sent pre-paid and charges are added to customer invoice.
Customs, Brokerage and all applicable Taxes are the customer's responsibility.
There is no Saturday delivery unless specified by the customer (added charges will be implemented for this service).
Warranty Policies
To obtain Warranty Credit, You Must Submit the Following:
(To receive credit approval for replacement of Frame/Lok a rework must be obtained in advance)
A copy of your original invoice for installation showing date, sale price and customer name, customer signature, and phone number.
A copy of your completed warranty form product number (s) from the original installation.
A copy of the "No Charge" rework invoice including the date and customer's signature and the type of Frame/Lok used in the replacement.
A digital picture of the installation plus a piece of the Frame/Lok along with a piece of window film large enough to show the problem clearly.
Paperwork must include a complete address and phone number of the customer so that we may contact them to insure their satisfaction.
Frame/Lok warranties are governed by the laws of British Columbia Canada and no others.
Frame/Lok warranties cover defective material only. We do not cover WINDOW FILM replacement.
